Swim, bike, run.
On your Garmin.

01

Connect your Garmin

One tap links the watch you already race with. That's the only setup — it pulls your swim, bike and run history.

02

Name your race

"70.3 in September." "My first Olympic." Just say it — the coach knows the distance, the disciplines and how long you've got.

03

Your whole week, on your wrist

Swim sets, bike intervals, runs and bricks all land on your Garmin, structured and ready. It re-plans every week around what you actually did.

Why it works when the others didn't

One plan. No guesswork.

"Juggling three
sports is chaos."
One coach owns all three. It balances swim, bike and run in a single periodised week so you stop guessing which session matters and never double up your hard days by accident.
"I skip the
brick workouts."
Bricks are built in and pushed to your watch — bike-to-run transitions structured and scheduled, so the one session that wins races actually happens.
"I peak too early
or burn out."
It reads your sleep and HRV across all three disciplines and eases off before you break down — real periodisation that lands you fresh on race day, not fried.
A real week

What a 70.3 week looks like.

A sample — yours is built from your Garmin history and rewritten every week around what you actually did.

Mon
Recovery swim — technique focus, easy aerobic
Tue
Bike intervals — 4×8 min at threshold, pushed to your Edge/watch
Wed
Easy run + strength — recovery-gated by last night's sleep
Thu
Swim CSS set + short brick off the bike
Fri
Rest or mobility — auto-inserted if HRV drops
Sat
Long bike → 20 min brick run (the key session)
Sun
Long run — paced to your current fitness, not a generic chart

Questions

Good to know.

Does it really cover swim, bike and run?

Yes — it plans all three in one week, including brick workouts, and pushes the bike and run sessions to your Garmin as structured workouts. Pool swim sets come through too.

Which triathlon distances?

Sprint, Olympic, 70.3 (half Ironman) and full Ironman. Tell the coach your race and date and it builds the whole periodised build-up.

Will it adapt if I miss a session?

That's the point. It re-plans every week around what you actually completed and how recovered you are — so a missed swim or a bad-sleep week doesn't derail the plan.
